This policy covers these pages, where Ascension Marketing, LLC takes applications and books calls for The Growth Matrix licensing program. It explains what we collect when you visit, apply, or book a call, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your answers to our application, including your name, email, phone number, and what you tell us about your business.
- The details you enter when you book a call.
- Which ad or link brought you here, such as UTM tags and Meta's click ID. We keep these in a cookie on your device for 90 days so we can tell which ads work.
- Anything you tell us by email or on a call.
- Technical data our hosting provider logs on every visit, such as your IP address, your browser, the pages you request, and the time.
- How you use our pages, through Microsoft Clarity. It records clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement so we can see where the pages confuse people. Clarity masks what you type into forms before anything leaves your browser.
- Ad measurement data, through the Meta Pixel. It tells Meta when someone who saw our ads visits, applies, or books a call. After you apply, the pixel can also send Meta a hashed copy of your email, phone number, and name so Meta can match the visit to your Meta account.
How we use it
We use your information to review your application, prepare for and follow up on the call you book, answer your messages, measure and improve our ads, and fix and improve these pages. We use your phone number to reach you about your application and your call.
We don't sell your personal information. The Meta Pixel does let Meta use activity on these pages to measure our ads and decide who sees them.
Who handles it for us
These companies process data on our behalf:
- Tally runs the application form.
- Ascension HQ, our internal tool built on Base44, passes your application from the form to our CRM.
- GoHighLevel is our CRM. It stores your application and booking and sends our emails.
- Cal.com runs the booking calendar and sends your calendar invite.
- Zoom hosts the call.
- Slack carries internal alerts to our team when someone applies or books.
- Vercel hosts these pages and keeps their server logs.
- Meta runs the Meta Pixel, under Meta's Privacy Policy.
- Microsoft runs Clarity, under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Google and Fontshare serve the page fonts, so they receive your IP address when a page loads.
We also share information when the law requires it. If you visit from outside the United States, your information is processed in the United States.
Email from us
After you apply or book, we email you about your call: a confirmation, reminders, and a follow-up if the call doesn't happen. Email us and we'll stop.
How long we keep it
We keep your application and booking details while we're working with you or talking about working together, and for our business records after that, unless you ask us to delete them. Hosting logs, Clarity data, and pixel data are deleted on the schedules Vercel, Microsoft, and Meta set.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email jack.lindstrom@ascensionmarketing.io and we'll answer within 45 days. If you live in California or another state with a consumer privacy law, these are legal rights, and using them won't change how we treat you.
You can limit ad tracking in your Meta ad preferences and in your browser settings. Clarity respects the Global Privacy Control signal if your browser sends one.
Children
These pages are for business owners. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
When we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
